Southern Fortress Engineering is happy to do our best to fill any crafted armour requirements. In general, your request probably falls into one of three categories:

1. Anything in our catalogue with a price is available in our shops, and can also be ordered and provided quickly.
2. Anything in our catalogue without a price is for one reason or another, not currently stocked in the shops. However, it's always worth asking the question, and finding out whether, and how soon we can make something available. We'll come back to you with a detailed response.
3. Any crafted armour not in our catalogue is not an armour we regularly craft and sell, however there's a good chance we can still provide you with it, point you in the right direction, or at the very least, share with you any knowledge we may have on the subject.

Our prices are based on the cost of production, and therefore they vary on a monthly basis in accordance with our reviews of production and materials costs. Regular monthly public announcements and analysis of our price changes can be found here.

It is important to realise that we can give you the best possible service when all four directors of SFE are aware of your request. The best way to achieve this is by sending an email to orders@southernfortress.com.au.

This way the Treasurer, Logistics, CEO and Marketing will all see the email, and have the ability to respond and set about filling your order efficiently. If all four of us are copied on any emails regarding your request, then we at SFE can be confident of delivering you the great service on which we pride ourselves.

Of course, we will still respond to EF PMs and private emails, but be aware that this is a far less efficient way for us to operate.
